The structure on the top of the sketch represents Erich Mendelsohns Expressionism.
Below that is the concept of Neri Oxmans multifunctional design.

Final Submission

This is my final submission for Exp1.
My clients were sushi chef Jiro Ono, and motorcycle designer Shinya Kimura. The words I used to descrive them were Japan for Ono, referring to his place of work and origin, and Raw for Kimura, describing the look of the metal he uses in his works.

Stair update

I decided to change my stair for the Raw section as I felt it would inadequately transport motorcycles.
I chose to intertwine a ramp and a staircase, one for the people, one for the motorcycles.
The idea of intertwining is taken further by using an industrial looking spiral staircase.
